Changes and returns

• If the change is due to an error on the part of the client (it is wrong to place the order) it is the customer who will bear the shipping costs.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order, provided it is in perfect condition, without use and with its original packaging. In this type of return, the customer must contact us to arrange collection. The expenses incurred will be borne by the customer.
• If we accept the return of the product the money will be reimbursed in the same way for which the client made the payment.

 

Return policy

• Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, the buyer has 30 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify its decision and without penalties for its exercise.
• The returned product must be in the same condition it was received, that is, in perfect condition and with the shipping packages.
• Returns will not be accepted without receiving the notification by email. If the cause of the return was that the returned item does not correspond to what was requested in the order, the online store www.amacoregalos.com will bear the cost of the return and new shipment.
